Types of Yoga
Multi Style Yoga
A well-balanced practice incorporates meditation, Pranayama, Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Ashtanga & even Yin Yoga sequences. We include mindfulness and awareness practices and search for a deeper understanding of our Self.

Spiritual Classes
Spiritually-oriented yoga classes include meditation in addition to asana practice. We take time for our inner world and explore all possibilities. We access our Higher Self & heal our Inner Child.
These classes incorporate chanting & yoga philosophy.

Gentle Yoga
These classes are typically calming, relaxing, and less physically demanding than other classes. We may also use props to aid in our practice. Bring cushions & blankets for this class. This practice helps us calm our nervous system after long working hours and supports us in stressful or challenging times.

Speciality Classes
Specialty yoga classes for specific groups.
For example, children (ages 2 - 17) and expectant mothers.
The classes for children are customized depending on the group's age and include yoga stories, fun yoga games & meditations for all ages.
Pre-& Post Natal classes help women during and after pregnancy lower their anxiety, develop a calm mind

Flow Vinyasa
These yoga classes are typically invigorating and often include martial arts elements. Each posture is usually held only briefly before moving to the next pose. This practice shows us how to overcome challenges, reconnect to self & let go of what is no longer needed.

Alignment Yoga
Alignment-oriented yoga classes give particular attention to precision bodily placement, often with longer holds of asanas. This yoga practice helps us be present and move mindfully.
In addition to the types of yoga we practice at Soulful Mind Tribe, you will find various yoga types, like Hot Yoga, Ananda, Anusara, Ashtanga, Bikram, Iyengar, Integral, Kripalu, Kundalini, Power, Prana, Sivananda, and many more. Each style has unique characteristics, and it can be helpful to consult with a specific teacher or school or review the details on their profile to learn more about their approach to yoga.
